Job description

Director at Law Support & DA Solutions Group

We are working alongside a leading law firm based in Leeds and due to ongoing success, there is an urgent need to hire a property paralegal. The successful candidate will work in the Leeds office and support the property securitisation team on a hybrid basis.

Daily duties will include:

  1. Identifying titles
  2. Obtaining official copy entries and office copy documents from the Land Registry
  3. Undertaking title checks and other property due diligence
  4. Carrying out searches and obtaining items from Local Authorities and other third parties
  5. Carrying out pre-completion Land Registry searches and post-completion matters

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and ideally the LPC, however this is not a prerequisite. Previous paralegal experience, particularly in property law is highly desirable, however training will be provided. First class time management skills are essential coupled with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
