Are you a Property Paralegal looking to join a thriving regional law firm?

Our Property team is dynamic and the fastest growing within the firm. We have 6 team members across 2 offices servicing our clients’ needs across all aspects of transactional property matters, both residential and commercial.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and forward-thinking Paralegal to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis in Kingston upon Hull. We are experiencing impressive growth and need extra resource to support our future plans.

You will work on a broad range of matters within the Residential and Commercial Property team, contributing independently and assisting the team.

The role involves supervised work on various matters, with early responsibilities and opportunities to manage your own small caseload depending on experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting fee earners and assisting in departmental work
• Managing files
• Interacting directly with clients and managing expectations
• Providing efficient and friendly client service

We seek a Paralegal with experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property, with strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential to meet deadlines and maintain regular client communication.
