The Role
  • Assisting with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and completion statements

  • Managing pre- and post-completion formalities, including SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents, and third parties

  • Supporting solicitors and partners with case management and administrative tasks

About You
  • Previous experience as a Property Paralegal, ideally within a recognised law firm

  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law procedures

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
