A local council consultant agency is seeking a Property Lawyer/Paralegal to manage property matters including acquisitions and leases. The ideal candidate will have a qualified legal background, expertise in commercial property law, and strong drafting and negotiation skills. Competitive pay rate of £30.50 per hour offered. The position is temporary, with possible extensions.

On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Property Lawyer or Property Paralegal, to work as part of a Shared legal service known as the Legal Practice, to provide high-quality legal services to the partnership of three Councils (Cambridge City Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, and Huntingdonshire District Council). You will provide legal services including working with and mentoring Legal Officers.
