Job summary

The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to oversee office coordination and field visits across our regional properties. You’ll work closely with homeowners, housekeepers and tradespeople to ensure properties are guest-ready and maintained to high standards.

The role blends office administration with on-site property checks, typically 2–3 days per week in the field. You will thrive on accuracy, structure and managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Permanent, full-time role as advertised.
• Experience in property management or hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeepers, tradespeople and maintenance contractors.
• Manage schedules and turnaround times across regional properties.
• Handle guest and homeowner queries before, during and after stays.
• Conduct property checks to maintain cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Ensure properties comply with health, safety and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of local contractors and partners.
• Manage feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date.
• Support out-of-hours service on a rolling rota.
• Travel locally for property visits, meetings or guest support.
