Property Negotiator - Part Time

Location: Kettering

Hours: 20 hours per week

Our client is a leading UK Rural Consultants, Chartered Surveyors, Agricultural Valuers, and Letting Agents who have a national reputation for assisting with diversification because of their expertise, experience, and extensive network of contacts.

We are supporting them with their recruitment for a Part Time Property Negotiator. The role will be to assist the Senior Negotiator in purchasing residential investment properties with protected tenancies for established retained clients with cash funds.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Senior Negotiator in property purchases.
2. Meet performance-related sales targets.
3. Report to clients with high attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Sales experience, ideally within property sales.
2. Proven track sales record.
3. High level of computer literacy.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
6. Disciplined approach and meticulous organization.
