Job summary

UK Mission Enterprise Ltd seeks an experienced Property Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical maintenance across a high-end property portfolio in the Guildford area. You will supervise in-house engineers and coordinate contractors, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery of heating, plumbing and related systems.

The role requires a strong mechanical/plumbing background, proven leadership, and an ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

Experience supervising technical teams in building/property maintenance.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating and gas safety.
Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating and mechanical systems.
Lead mechanical maintenance team and coordinate subcontractors to deliver works.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
Supervise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and asset care.
Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on technical support.
Provide updates to stakeholders and manage parts and contractor services.
