Overview

Our well-established Independent Managing Agent based in Surrey Quays SE16 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a portfolio of properties
• Team meetings
• Implement new procedures
• Demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties
• Abide by regulation/legislation and processes surrounding property management
• Strive to exceed individual targets and standards
• Refer business across departments to maximise business opportunities
• Strive to exceed customer expectations
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring compliance

The Successful Applicant

• Must have 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Experience of lettings/property management software packages
• Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen as a strong advantage but essential
• Ability to manage own workload
• Full valid driving licence is essential

Hours & Salary

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, with occasional Saturday coverage to cover holidays.

Salary range: between £35,000pa to £38,500pa depending on experience.
