  • Managing the full tenancy lifecycle including: approving offers, dealing with tenant requests, ensuring compliance with GSC and Electrical reports, move-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and legal notices

  • Being the PR face of the company, including visiting tenants regarding major repairs/maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation (e.g., gas safety, EPCs, etc.)
  • Keeping accurate records using property management systems and preparing portfolio reports
Key Skills & Characteristics
  • Strong understanding of AST property management and legislation
  • Smart appearance, professional approach, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • 25 Days Annual Leave
  • Hybrid role (office-based 3 days)
