Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Preston. Experience is preferred. The role involves ensuring high-quality service for tenants and landlords, acting as a point of contact, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and managing the tenancy process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent telephone and written communication during the tenancy.
  • Understand and respond to tenants' maintenance requirements, offering triage and resolution where possible.
  • Communicate unresolved issues to landlords with solutions and coordinate works with contractors.
  • Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes accordingly.
  • Make regular ‘well-being’ calls to landlords.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
  • Ensure all properties comply with mandatory legislation and company policies.
  • Work with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure property inspections are carried out and communicate findings to landlords and tenants.
  • Contact managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to check-out to explain the process and timeframes.
  • Handle deposits for non-managed tenants under the No Deposit Scheme.
  • Ensure the check-out process is followed and communication sent via the Depositary site.
  • Collaborate with team leaders, head of centres, and branch network to understand reasons for lost units.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with internal and external customers.

  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving License required.
