Job description

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and profitability of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and operations comply with legal, safety, and financial regulations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting regular inspections and ensuring all properties meet health, safety, and housing standards.
2. Organising routine maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment work.
3. Monitoring income and expenditure, preparing financial reports, and advising on rent setting.
4. Producing regular management reports for property owners or governing bodies.
5. Overseeing the letting of properties, including marketing, viewings, and tenant selection.
6. Resolving tenant issues, complaints, and disputes effectively and promptly.

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £38,400 – £41,000 yearly
