Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience is essential.
• Well organised with excellent multitasking ability.
• Strong customer service attitude and communication skills.
• Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman issues is advantageous.
• Ability to review quotes and identify overpriced items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the department's work on a weekly and daily basis.
• Bring on new contractors.
• Manage contractor relationships.
• Manage own property portfolio: referencing, moves in, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections, etc.
• Keep property management software systems up to date.
• Keep landlords and tenants informed.
• Ensure regulatory requirements (GSC, Deposit registrations etc.) are met.
• Serve as the first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues.
