This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio on behalf of a prestigious client while working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact between occupiers, landlords, and internal service lines—delivering strategic property management advice, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting long-term value for the client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure cost-effective, seamless operation of a designated occupier portfolio.
  • Act as a liaison between client occupiers and landlords or their agents to maintain uninterrupted property use.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Monitor sublet income, liaise with tenants, and support property disposals or exits as needed.
  • Provide strategic lease event advice, including renewals and terminations.
  • Maintain compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements, conducting inspections when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (lease advisory, facilities, etc.) to deliver a comprehensive service.
  • Build trusted client relationships through consistent communication and insightful reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Estate Management (or equivalent) preferred.
  • MRICS qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.

Experience & Skills

  • Approximately 2+ years of commercial property management experience.
  • Solid understanding of property management legislation and lease compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience using property management software (e.g. TRAMPS, PM&A) is an advantage.
  • IT literate with competency in Microsoft Office tools.

This is a people-first business that values collaboration, accountability, and diversity. You’ll be joining a team that supports your professional development and provides meaningful exposure to high-profile clients and strategic projects.
