Property Manager Job Opportunity

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join an expanding company that offers great earning potential and benefits?

Our client, a successful local independent lettings agency, is offering a great opportunity to join their growing team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management and conducting inspections.

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Benefits for the successful Property Manager:
  • Full-time: Up to £26,000 (depending on experience)
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
Working hours:
  • Full-time | 9:30 – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Part-time | 9:30 – 2:30 pm
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager
  • Self-management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both telephone and face-to-face
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers
  • Full clean driving license and own car for work
  • Ability to prioritize a demanding workload and remain calm under pressure
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
  • Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and maintenance works, resolving issues accordingly
  • Arrange and attend property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
  • Book and conduct inspections
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date
