The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our dedicated team. This is a dynamic role requiring strong communication, organisational skills, and a collaborative spirit. You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service via meetings, phone, and email
  • Managing relationships with property owners, lessees, residents, and landlords
  • Manage meetings with Resident Associations, RTM Companies, and stakeholders
  • Conducting site visits and overseeing contractor performance
  • Coordinating property maintenance and liaising with service providers
Key Attributes & Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised, accurate, and methodical approach
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Numerate and IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR and Data Protection regulations
Desirable Knowledge
  • Understanding of relevant legislation including:
  • Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Financial Conduct Authority regulations
  • Health and Safety legislation
