A leading Estate Agency in Dartford is seeking a Property Manager / Inventory Coordinator. This role involves managing inventories, coordinating with tenants, and handling utility management.   • Intermediate computer literacy is highly desirable.
  • Experience with lettings/property management software is advantageous.

Job description

Property Manager / Inventory Coordinator - Dartford, DA1

A leading, well-respected, and established Estate Agency with a strong presence throughout Dartford and the surrounding areas is actively seeking a personable, professional, and team-oriented individual. The successful Property Manager / Inventory Coordinator must be able to manage their workload independently, stay on top of issues, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Preparation of new inventories and checkout reports
  2. Contact tenants to arrange and diarize checkout dates
  3. Send checkout reports to landlords and tenants, discuss dilapidations, and propose deposit deductions
  4. Unprotect deposits at the end of tenancies
  5. Manage utilities, including providing meter readings and handling utility bills
  6. Order stationery as needed
  7. Register applicants and arrange viewings
  8. Manage and send out post daily
  9. Upload referencing and ID documents onto Dropbox
  10. Set tasks for renewals, GSRs, EICRs, and EPCs at tenancy start
  11. Set up tenancies on Universal at the start of each new tenancy
  12. Register deposits at tenancy commencement
  13. Conduct ad hoc viewings when required

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  1. Minimum 1 year of lettings experience is essential
  2. Intermediate computer literacy is highly desirable
  3. Experience with lettings/property management software is advantageous
  4. Ability to manage workload independently
  5. Full driving license

Working hours:

Five days a week, including one Saturday in three

Salary range: £32,000 - £34,000 per annum
