Property Manager (Home based) – Sussex – Up to £44k

Are you an experienced Property Manager living along (or close to) the South Coast (effectively anywhere in Sussex)?

Are you fed up with an admin/email/response heavy workload whereby so much of your time is spent answering basic resident queries that you fall behind on important major works / budgets or work longer hours than you might otherwise?

We’re working with a highly successful, fully independent, multi-generational family owned property management business who operate a model whereby all first line queries (resident emails, maintenance requests, accounts queries) are dealt with centrally (by an admin team) leaving Property Manager’s free to concentrate on site visits, major works and budgets.
