Property Manager – Exeter – £32k. Exeter. Property Management. £32k. OPR are working with a rapidly growing property management company in Exeter in search of a Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of student lets and residential properties. The client has over £1,000,000 in turnover each year and has seen 30% growth from the previous financial year. A company car is available for use and there is clear scope for career progression with regular salary increases. The role offers support from directors, front-end lettings negotiators and the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Exeter
• Handling the check in/out processes
• Conducting property inspections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Liaising efficiently with other departments
• Issuing section notices when needed
