There is an exciting opportunity to join one of Plymouth's most successful Independent Letting Agents as an experienced property manager with a salary of £28-30,000 (could be negotiable for the right person) and no weekends.

The successful applicant will be an integral part of the highly motivated lettings team, working within a long established, busy and successful office.

We require an individual who is experienced in property maintenance or in the property industry and has a professional approach to completing tasks in a timely, methodical and organised way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the running of the maintenance team’s diary management, to ensure all jobs are completed quickly, efficiently and to a high standard
  • Organising and overseeing diary management for contractors
  • Key management and key security
  • Liaising with all departments and our valued clients
  • Assisting with new move ins.
  • Assisting with Inspections, check outs and Inventories.
  • Liaising with Landlords.
  • Dealing with maintenance reports and producing Job sheets
  • Arranging safety certificates to fully comply with current legislation.
  • General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing

The Individual:

  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Motivated and confident with a professional approach
  • Have a good level of IT knowledge, (Jupix would be an advantage)
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work well in a pressurised office environment
  • Previous Agency experience would be desirable but not essential
  • A Full clean driving Licence is essential
