Job Description:

We have partnered with a fast-growing Property Investor, a powerhouse within the UK Retail sector.

With a specific focus on Retail Property, our client is one of the most exciting companies in the property industry right now. They identify promising investment opportunities and act swiftly, creating a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. They are a team of highly motivated individuals aiming to create engaging and meaningful community retail experiences across the country.

Over the past two years, they have acquired 23 new assets totaling 2 million sq ft, supported by a healthy flow of capital. To facilitate this expansion, they began building their in-house team just over three years ago, now comprising 9 members in Property Management and over 15 in Property & Asset Management. They are now looking to add a like-minded Commercial Property Manager to this thriving team.

You will have the opportunity to work on a nationwide portfolio that includes Shopping Centres, Shopping Parades, Retail Parks, and standalone Retail Units.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management, preferably MRICS qualified, with experience in the Retail sector, although this is not essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy constant challenges, this role could be your next career step.
