VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property company, for two Property Manager positions based in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team at an exciting stage of development, following a recent acquisition.

Salary

£30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + bonus (£2,400 - £4,200 OTE)

The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to both landlords and tenants. This is a fast-paced role that requires initiative, resilience, and excellent organisational ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end property management process, from tenant onboarding to end-of-tenancy.
  • Handle and resolve maintenance issues promptly, coordinating with contractors to ensure efficient solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Oversee a busy property portfolio, balancing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Work towards agreed targets and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience within property management, lettings, or property sales.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • A proactive and resilient problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
