Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Co-ordinating with contractors for maintenance issues.
  • Deposit returns.
  • Resolving rental arrears.
  • Processing eviction requests.
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory standards.
  • Building relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Managing complaints.
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures.

  • Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Additional £8,125 earnings expected through uncapped commission
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28125+ per year

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday’s, with a day-in-lieu)
