Property Manager - Limehouse

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending On Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Location: Office Based, No Car Required

As a Property Manager, you will be at the heart of operations, managing a portfolio of approximately 450 properties within a dedicated team of three. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Liaising with tenants and landlords
2. Ensuring compliance with regulations
3. Utilising your knowledge of Fix Flo to streamline maintenance processes
4. Maintaining high standards expected by our clients

To excel in this role, you should bring:

• At least one and a half years of property management experience
• A solid understanding of the local Limehouse area
• Familiarity with Fix Flo
• A comprehensive grasp of compliance matters
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional presentation

Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To:

• Opening pre-tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPC's)
• Raising rental agreements
• Dealing with property maintenance
• Collection of rents and payments to landlords
• Keeping up to date with lettings legislation
