Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of managed residential units.
• Booking and carrying out property inspections and check outs.
• Oversee repairs and safety checks.
• Process end of tenancy administration and deposit returns.
• Liaise with both Landlords and tenants.
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio.
• Work with the wider Lettings team.
