Overview

Property Manager - Leading company - East Malling

Are you looking for a career in Block Property Management? Do you have excellent customer service and organisational skills? Are you seeking a leading employer that can offer structured training and long-term career progression in the Property sector? Our leading Property Management client is seeking a motivated, customer-focused candidate to train and develop into a successful Block Property Manager in the Kent office.

Working with an established and structured business with private residential developments in the area, you will help manage a property portfolio in and around the Greater Bristol area to ensure customers receive value for money and excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations (training provided).
• Deal with client inquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions.
• Attend client meetings and regular site visits.
• Oversee contractors’ performance and any maintenance issues.
• Prepare and monitor budgets.
• Oversee building compliance management.
• Work with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents.
