Property Manager

At Fox & Sons, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Property Manager to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Mutley Plain. As a Property Manager, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager

• Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff.
• Provide expert advice to branch and customers particularly in relation to the implications of relevant legislation.
• Maintain a central register of contractors and ensure that they have the correct qualifications.
• Oversee customer service, ensuring works and renewals are carried out in a timely manner.
• Monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
• Monitor workloads in order that deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.
• Assist with complicated cases and tenancies advising PC, Landlord, and Tenant of options along with liaising with LSC and branch.

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager.

• Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle
• Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
• Good team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Good analytical ability
