Do you have experience in the Lettings Industry and want to put those skills to good use? Are you passionate about providing great customer service? And are you looking to join a dynamic and motivated team?

If so, a rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join our established residential lettings team in Annesley. Our Group Corporate Property Services division plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Investor/Institutional portfolio landlords with multiple properties and their tenants receive the high-quality service they deserve throughout their time with us.

Our Property Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive the high-quality experience they deserve. As a market-leading Agent, we’re on the lookout for people with great communication and relationship skills and a passion for delivering quality customer service!

Your day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Arrange all necessary pre-let work in order to put the property into a lettable condition.
  2. Establish whether liability for work is landlords or tenants.
  3. Coordinate repairs and maintenance in line with Client SLA’s.
  4. Claim for repair/maintenance work under insurance where possible and financially viable for the client.
  5. Arrange all required safety inspections/certification in line with current legislation and client instructions and manage remedial works.
  6. Ensure routine and additional property visits/checks are carried out in the required time frame.
  7. Instruct the marketing team once the property is ready to market via the works order process.
  8. Coordinate and prepare renewal of tenancies.
  9. Prepare relevant notices following instruction from the Client or tenant.
  10. Negotiate deposit release and instruct Accounts to release funds.

About You:

  1. Experience in residential property management is essential. Minimum 1 year of experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  3. Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders across the business.
  4. Effective in time management and managing expectations.
  5. Naturally robust with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  6. Self-motivated – able to work independently whilst maintaining a role as part of our team.
