Location: Milton Keynes, MK14

Salary: £30k (Negotiable based on experience)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join an established independent, local Estate Agent in the Milton Keynes area with a thriving Lettings and Property Management department.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and previously have been employed in a similar role.

You will be a real people person, able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors, and Tenants, and you must be able to show empathy and understanding. Additionally, you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognize immediately!

An ARLA qualification or similar would be helpful, but the opportunity to qualify will be offered by the company.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent local reputation and who are part of a larger independent Estate Agency network.

Skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

  • Experienced in Property Management
  • Understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • ARLA qualification helpful or willing to work towards ARLA qualification
