About the role:

Property Managers at LiFE have a varied role and are the point of contact for our residents, landlords and contractors. Working from either our head office in Park Royal, or our Canary Wharf office, you’ll have a target portfolio size of 135 and will work with your manager, team, and a whole range of departments across the business to make sure everyone gets a fantastic service from us. Some of the things you’ll work on are:

• Working with contractors to get quotes for works, and then making sure the work is carried out
• Coordinating purchases, deliveries, exchanges and removals
• Managing new tenancies and renewals
• Deposit negotiations, returns and disputes
• Carry out periodic property inspections for your portfolio

About you:

To be right for this role, you’ll need to be an exceptional verbal and written communicator who can switch your style depending on who you’re dealing with, you’ll also need to able to prioritise and plan work effectively. Finally, you’ll need to have at least one years Property Management experience.
