Experienced Property Manager Required for Expanding Business
Are you an experienced property manager with a proven track record for overseeing large volumes of residential blocks? This role offers the chance to join a rapidly growing business with its headquarters based in London. The company manages sites stretching from Manchester in the north to Bristol in the south, with a significant portfolio across London and the South East.

This position offers a competitive salary of 45k, along with all business expenses covered, including overnight stays. The role is hybrid, providing a balance between office and remote work, (x3 days in office, x2 days from home) and operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of 10 buildings, totalling 900 units.
- Regularly manage and approve invoices.
- Provide credit control support.
- Handle possession proceedings and valuation support.
- Process maintenance requests via Fixflo, including initial fault triage.
- Respond to tenancy queries through various communication channels.
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes and void period repairs.
- Ensure keys and access codes are maintained for all units.
- Liaise with the lettings team for smooth handovers between tenancies.
- Ensure all required certificates are renewed (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC).
- Conduct monthly site inspections and implement improvements.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements to asset management.
- Manage PPM schedules and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review risk assessments and implement action points.
- Support any additional property management activities as required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Full UK driving licence preferable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web/email literacy.
- Literate and numerate.
