A well established, growing residential property company in Pinner, specialising in Property Management are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding team.

Overview
  • Job Title: Property Manager
  • Location: Office-based, Northwest London
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
  • Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday

This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years of experience in Property Management, demonstrating a proven track record in problem-solving, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for the lettings industry, particularly the property management side of the business.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
  • Advising landlords on property management.
  • Handling maintenance issues and routine property visits.
  • Managing end-of-tenancy procedures and deposit negotiations.
  • Coordinating refurbishment works and managing contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Managing insurance claims and utility changeovers.
  • Overseeing departmental organization and documentation.
The ideal Property Manager will have:
  • Property Management experience (ARLA qualification preferred).
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.
