Urgent requirement for a Residential Property Manager overseeing a Property Portfolio in the heart of Zone 1. This role is perfect for someone from a Property/ Block Management background dealing with Landlord and Tenancy matters.

Your new role

1. Managing a portfolio predominantly in Mayfair and other central London locations.
2. Overseeing: budgets, facilities management, dispute resolution, and complaint handling.
3. Preparing compliance reports and recommended actions.
4. Handling LPE1 forms, AGMs, and meetings with leaseholders & tenants.
5. Supervising junior members of staff.

What you'll need to succeed

1. ARLA Qualified (Level 3/4) or TPI Qualified.
2. 4+ Years experience in Residential Property.

What you'll get in return

1. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - Depending on Level and experience.
