Responsibilities

  • Check ins and check out inventory reporting.
  • Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers.
  • Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork.
  • Carrying out property inspections and meter readings.
  • Assist with small maintenance tasks.
  • HMO Fire alarm tests and updates.
  • Preparing and supplying basic landlords accounts.

Basic Salary £25,000 - £33,000. Licence And Own Car Required. Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6pm.
