Property Manager
£30,000 DOE
Leeds City Centre

Monday - Friday

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a professional organisation in Leeds City Centre. To be considered for this role you must be comfortable managing conflict whilst always seeking a positive outcome.

Role…

* Deliver effective property inspections. Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties to establish maintenance needs and manage delivery of these with a range of specialist contractors.
* Effectively progress reactive and scheduled maintenance, consult with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication between parties is achieved to deliver the right solution.
* Demonstrate excellent client management skills to all parts of the maintenance discipline and liaise effectively both internally and externally.
* Deliver maintenance expertise to landlords and tenants at all parts of the property life cycle.
* Effectively progress all dilapidation claims at end of tenancy arrangements.
* Remain up to date on property legislation / regulation to provide accurate advice.


Experience…

* Excellent communication skills to ensure development of strong working relationships.
* Dispute resolution and client management skills are essential.
* Maintenance and FixFlo experience preferred.
* IT literacy with MS Teams, Office and Social Media capability.
