About the Role
A dynamic and experienced Property Manager is sought to lead and shape a growing estates management function. This role involves strategic and operational property management across multiple sites, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality estate services and contributing to the development of a broader estates strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leases and occupation agreements, liaising with legal and financial teams.
Collaborate with external partners including NHS bodies, local authorities, and property service providers.
Lead estate optimisation initiatives to support community services and generate income.
Represent the estates function at senior leadership and strategic meetings.
Provide expert property management advice and support across the organisation.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to leadership goals.
Ensure governance, risk management, and financial accountability in project delivery.
Drive business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Proven senior-level experience in property or estates management.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and innovation capabilities.
Experience in healthcare or estates environments.
High attention to detail and commitment to project completion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
Desirable:
Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS).
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in relevant fields.
NHS or public sector experience.
