Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager at Benchmark. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, handling tenant relations, lease agreements, maintenance requests, and coordinating property inspections. The role is based in Hull, but allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

  • Property Management experience is preferred
  • Experience in tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with property management software is a plus

Location:Hull

Salary:£27,000 - £30,000

Reporting to:Head of Property Management

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (some flexibility may be required)
