Qualifications

Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is currently seeking a confident, organised, and experienced Property Manager to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead.

As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

As a Property Manager, your duties will be:

  • Maintenance coordination
  • Arranging inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Rent administration and related paperwork
  • Support with general office duties
  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
  • Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated

The ideal Property Manager will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Lettings Administration and/or Property Management
  • Solid understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Confident handling ofproperty management duties
  • Someone who is articulate, and able to liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Experience with Street (CRM) would be a huge advantage
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ideally based locally to Hemel Hempstead
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
