We are looking for a Property Manager who will deliver exceptional property management and maintenance service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about exceeding expectations.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard while providing outstanding customer service to both clients and colleagues. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can be flexible and can handle pressure effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding service to clients and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

Manage property-related tasks including renewals, repairs, and lettings accounts.

Making sure compliance certificates are kept up to date

Stay informed about changing laws and ensure compliance with property legislation.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors to arrange necessary works and handle key releases.

Maintain up-to-date management and tenancy agreements.

Prioritise workload effectively and remain calm under pressure.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle problemseffectively.

Possession of a clean driving license and own vehicle.

ARLA qualification or equivalent is preferred but not essential

• Working within a small, friendly team within a highly reputable long standing agency.
• Hours 9.00 am -5.30 pm Mon - Friday plus one Saturday per month 9.00 - 1.00 pm
