Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organised Resident Services Manager/Property Manager to join a growing team managing a diverse residential portfolio across Litherland, Leigh and Bury on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to play a key part in the management and success of well-established residential communities. You will take responsibility for ensuring properties and developments are maintained to the highest standards, while providing exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee property, tenancy and estate management activities.
  • Conduct viewings, manage lettings administration and support tenancy lifecycle.
  • Carry out inspections, inventories, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate and oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent communication and customer care.
  • Support mobilisation of new schemes and relets, liaising with contractors and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, local authorities, and community groups.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in residential property or estates management.
  • Knowledgeable in lettings processes and relevant housing regulations.
  • Highly organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn property management systems.
  • Holder of a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (mileage paid).
