Job summary

Property Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced property manager to join a market-leading estate agency in Greater London. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 100-120 properties, handling tenancy queries, renewals and maintenance, with a professional and mature approach.

Requirements include at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager, excellent administration skills, and ARLA qualification would be advantageous. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

The position will pay a salary in the region of £35,000, depending on the level of experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
