Pear Recruitment - Senior Property Manager/Team Manager - Crouch End

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

An award-winning estate agency with over 18 year's experience is looking for a Property Manager to join their successful team and look after a portfolio of around 350 properties within a team of 3. Based in and around the Crouch End area in their newly refurbished office, they are looking for a local candidate who has good knowledge of the surrounding area.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
  1. Booking relevant contractors to maintain the decoration and repairs of the property.
  2. Processing insurance claims.
  3. Carrying out inspections.
  4. Preparing properties for letting.
  5. Conducting routine visits and creating reports for the landlord.
  6. Processing all invoices and checking fees and finance.
  7. Being aware of Health & Safety.
  8. Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
The Individual:
  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  2. Lives local.
  3. Experience in property management.
  4. Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
  5. Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude.
