Job summary

Johns&Co in London is seeking a Property Manager to join our fast-growing estate agency. You will manage a portfolio of ~175 residential properties, delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposits.

Your Responsibilities as a Property Manager

As a Property Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service. You will proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 175 residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes.

• You have experience in residential Property Management, with a proven track record of success.

• You proactively address enquiries and resolve issues with speed and efficiency
• You are known for your exceptional customer service skills, consistently delivered in previous roles.
