This role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of :45,000 - :60,000.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee property operations, financial performance, lease management, and tenant relations to ensure compliance, maintenance, and profitability.

You will be responsible for:

1. Oversee property operations, maintenance, and compliance.
2. Manage tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and renewals.
3. Handle budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
4. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
5. Implement risk management and cost-control measures.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Commercial Property Manager, Property Manager, Estate Manager, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years experience in commercial property management.
3. Excellent financial acumen and reporting skills.
4. Knowledge of commercial lease agreements and tenant relations.
