We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the daily lease management of our residential and telecoms estate, as well as supporting aspects of the commercial estate. Your primary objective will be to drive rental income and scrutinise expenditures to maximise profit, ultimately delivering benefits for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day lease activities of residential and telecoms properties.
Support commercial property management.
Develop strategies for income generation and resource efficiency.
Plan and manage budgets, forecast and track expenditures, and highlight key financial metrics.
Coordinate and instruct third-party suppliers and stakeholders to meet compliance standards.
Manage contractor and supplier performance and delivery.
Plan and oversee investment programs.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and general landlord statutory obligations.
Handle tenant queries or complaints
Identify and manage business risks.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date information on managed estate.
Provide insights into asset performance and anticipate future needs or legislative changes.
Stay updated with the latest legal and professional developments and best practices in the property sector.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong commercial acumen, excellent customer-facing skills, and experience in property, real estate, or asset management.
You should have substantial landlord and tenant experience in both commercial and residential property management. Significant experience in budget management, including forecasting spend and income, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience managing suppliers and contractors, developing asset strategies, and driving change within a corporate environment.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in property management, including commercial and residential management
Strong strategic planning and financial management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and landlord statutory obligations.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Desirable – RICS or AssocRICS surveyor
