PMS Managing Estates in Colchester is seeking a confident Property Manager to own a diverse residential portfolio and deliver a high standard of management.
You'll operate independently, build strong relationships with clients, residents and contractors, manage budgets and service charges, and oversee compliance and major works across developments. Based in Colchester with site visits, you will ensure leasehold legislation is followed and drive continuous improvement across your portfolio.

This is a role for someone who can operate independently, make sound decisions, and build strong relationships with clients, residents and contractors—without needing close supervision. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle management of your developments, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll balance customer service, compliance, contractor management and financial oversight, while maintaining a proactive approach to portfolio performance. You’ll be expected to identify issues early, take ownership of solutions, and continuously improve standards across your developments.
