Description
  • Being the primary contact for clients and occupiers
  • Taking responsibility for delivery of both clients and occupiers objectives
  • Liaising with occupiers on a day to day basis and responding to any queries
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Having responsibility for all H&S and compliance
  • Arranging for EICR's, EPC's, PAT testing
  • Registering Rent deposits
  • Arranging for return of rent deposits
  • Arranging for and managing reference checks
  • Liaison with Letting agents
Profile
  • Understanding client's aims and providing tailored, strategic advice
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
  • Adapting and delivering for a range of types of clients
  • Demonstrating good local and national market knowledge
  • Reviewing outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure they are both accurate and relevant and identifies areas for improvement
  • Starting to develop network of contacts to provide advice to clients outside of our scope of work
