What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading on rent reviews and lease renewal
• Acting as both landlord and tenant (PCT) representative
• Managing valuations, including freehold and insurance reinstatement
• Advising on business rates and handling appeals
• Ensuring full property compliance (EPC, gas, asbestos, etc.)
• Advising on acquisitions, repairs, maintenance, and dilapidations
• Managing inspections, records, and legal property documentation

About you

• Strong experience in commercial property management
• Proven track record in lease advisory, rent reviews, and valuations
• Excellent understanding of property compliance and legal documentation
• Experience managing service charges, inspections, and property records
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• Experience advising on acquisitions, dilapidations, and business rates
