Are you an experienced property manager looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a leading Estate Agency in Edinburgh, is looking to expand their Property Management team in Edinburgh.

About The Role

You will oversee an expanding portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and to the highest standard. This pivotal role involves streamlining processes, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the success of our client's Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and end-of-tenancy processes.

About You

• Proven experience in property management, ideally with 2+ years of experience.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
