A dynamic property management firm in Bramhall is seeking a dedicated Property Manager. You will act as the main contact for tenants, handle enquiries and manage administrative tasks. Requirements include Property Management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. The role offers a salary of £25,000 plus bonuses and a variety of employee benefits including a pension and private healthcare.
Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-4pm).
A truly lovely company is looking to hire a Property Manager to join their team in their state of the art office in Bramhall. You'll be joining a passionate, hardworking and super busy property management team, so someone as equally hardworking with a cracking work ethic is a necessity. You'll also be a confident communicator with a laser sharp eye for detail... oh, and have a smashing sense of humour too!
Day to day, you'll act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and managing any tenancy-related issues with a strong customer focus mindset. You'll also get stuck into the administrative aspects of the role while maintaining excellent service levels for both landlords and tenants.
Property Management or relevant experience is preferred, you will have strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. And most importantly have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
