Spicerhaart in Braintree is seeking an experienced Property Manager to act as the main contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, compliance and tenancy progression. Local candidates are preferred.

The role offers a basic salary and uncapped commission with on-target earnings. Training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre is provided, including fully-paid hotel stays and meals during training.

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Braintree office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Braintree, we’d welcome your application.

• Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience
• Additional £4,140 earnings expected through uncapped commission

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.
